As a senior designer, I oversaw a team of junior and freelance designers to help drive project deliverables from concept to production and completion while working closely with my design director. My responsibilities included overseeing, implementing, and developing aesthetic guidelines for a network of 47 schools and the organizations sub-brands. I was also responsible for developing assets and campaign materials for events that advocate for state and local education reform as well as designing campaign/event logos, sports uniforms, and materials for our school clubs and initiatives.
Cofounded and managed freelance graphic design collective. Our organization leads the design of various digital and print projects for clients nationwide including The Chicago Maker Fest and BNA Staffing.
Assisted in designing layouts and photo retouching for New York City Fashion Week’s publication The Broadsheets.

Operated a Heidelberg Windmill for various letterpress, stamping, and die cutting jobs. In between jobs I would experiment with different ways of creating typographic images and compositions.
Worked as a letterpress printing assistant at a fine book press. Responsibilities included redistributing lead type, proofing artist woodcuts, operating a proofing press, and assisting with maintenance for a monotype composing machine and various presses.
